For the price and all the issues I wouldn’t stay here again. Positive: It is a very pretty villa. The design is nice and it is all very new and modern. The roof terrace is nice and there is a good amount of space. Negative: Every single day we ran out of water so could not flush the toilets, use the showers or the sinks. So the company had to come and fill them up so we had to wait hours without water for basic use. The pool has a leak in it so the water won’t stay full above the filter line. They came to fill it up and once they filled it up within half a day it was under the filter line again. When the water dropped below the filter line the pool became filthy. When we arrived there were at least 45 mosquitoes in the villa we spend an hour killing before settling in, which wasn’t a pleasant greeting after a full 24 hour journey. The lamp in the living room doesn’t work and can’t be fixed. If you like your bedroom to be pitched black to sleep this won’t be the place for you as the stylish design means the windows to the bathroom and frosted glass bathroom doors allow huge amounts of light into the room early in the morning. The front doors don’t open properly so it is very hard to get through the door with suitcases and a pram. So if you are coming with kids that is something that is annoying but hopefully they can fix easily. The drain in the master bathroom doesn’t work properly so quickly becomes very high and you have to stop your shower or it will overflow. The management company came to meet us at the villa the day before we were due to leave informing us we would receive a partial discount for all the issues the villa has but after checking out we have heard nothing from them.
